We were debating whether to just do the standard ticket or splurge on the VIP Experience, and I'm so glad we went VIP! The behind-the-scenes access was fascinating - seeing how they prepare food for different species and learning about the filtration systems was really interesting. Our guide Sara was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging. The glass-bottom boat ride offered a completely different perspective of the aquarium. The highlight was definitely the animal meet-and-greet where we got to interact with penguins! The photos they took were excellent quality too. Highly recommend for anyone interested in marine life!
We visited with our 8 and 10-year-old children, and this tour was perfectly paced and engaging for them. They were thrilled to go behind the scenes and see how everything works, and the feeding experience was definitely their favorite part. Our guide was patient with all their questions and adapted the information to be understandable for kids while still being interesting for adults. The glass-bottom boat ride gave us a unique view of the sharks that we wouldn't have gotten otherwise. Skip-the-line access was particularly valuable as the regular line was very long. The included photos saved us from juggling our phones while keeping track of the kids. A wonderful experience!
